20ft Aluminum Extension Ladders

A standard 20-foot aluminum extension ladder typically weighs between 25 and 35 lbs depending on the manufacturer and duty rating. Adding a Level-EZE® automatic leveler adds only approximately 4–5 lbs to the ladder — significantly lighter than manual levelers, which add 8–11 lbs, helping reduce back strain for workers.

The Level-EZE® requires minimal maintenance. Occasional application of dry silicone spray — such as WD-40 Specialist Silicone or Teflon lube — keeps gears operating smoothly. In dusty environments, clean with pressurized water or air. In icy or snowy conditions, inspect and warm the unit before use. Avoid standard greases or regular WD-40, which collect debris.
